Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate The candidate will analyze insurance policies, provide coverage and claim handling recommendations, and draft coverage position letters. Will prepare pleadings, written discovery and motions. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings. Bachelor's degree and superior academic credentials from accredited law school are required. Should be a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Florida and of the Southern and Middle District Federal Courts. Must have 2-3 years of experience in complex insurance coverage and claim handling disputes. Experience in insurance coverage for construction defect claims is preferred. Must have significant Federal Court experience and exceptional writing skills. State and federal court experience is required. Appellate experience is helpful.
