Counsel The candidate will represent firm on state regulatory and other litigated matters, and will represent the legal function on multi-department construction project teams. Will work closely with other in-house and outside counsel in the preparation of cases before state utility commissions or other regulatory bodies, advocate firm’s projects and legal positions, and provide advice and guidance to the business functions of firm. Should have 3+ years’ experience in court or administrative litigation. Must have Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Wisconsin Bar. Admission to the bars of other states in which ATC operates (currently Michigan, Minnesota, and Illinois) is a plus. Significant experience in drafting legal documents such as motions and briefs is required. Experience with regulation of public utilities is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Westlaw is helpful.
