Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for monthly case reviews. Will confirm vital correspondence and notices with insurance companies and law firms. Demand review with clients. Handle settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests. Build client cases, verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery. Research and analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases). Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement. Negotiate settlements. Must have knowledge in the personal injury field with 2+ years of experience as an attorney in a plaintiff’s personal injury law office. Tennessee law license is needed.
