4-6 yrs required
Senior-Level Litigation Associate The candidate should have a J.D. from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. Should have 4-6 years of litigation experience. Should ideally have substantial experience conducting complex discovery, drafting complex motions and briefs, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, and assisting in trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Experience appearing for status conferences, arguing discovery motions and arguing dispositive motions preferred, and trial experience is a plus. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred. AmLaw 100 experience preferred. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
