Assistant Attorney General The candidate will work with the Abandoned Housing Initiative in the Trial division. Can expect to perform work with cities and towns within Central Massachusetts in identifying abandoned and blighted properties; developing strategies with local officials to prompt delinquent or absentee owners to repair and rehabilitate residential properties that pose dangers to the public; coordinating property inspections and code enforcement activities; and acting as lead attorney in receivership actions. Should preferably have 2-5 years of full-time legal experience, including civil trial experience. Must be a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Application Deadline: July 27, 2017.
