Litigation Analyst Duties: Provides technical support for all stages of the litigation process, including e-discovery and trial project management. Will focus on electronic data preservation and analysis requests from legal counsel while also offering support for internal investigations for HR and various departments. Will demonstrate substantial working litigation technology expertise, strong client service focus, resourcefulness and effective problem-solving under pressure in our fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Computer Science, Information Management or related field. Masters OR JD Degree preferred. 5+ years experience in Information Technology and/or Legal Department required. 5+ years’ eDiscovery, Litigation support or computer forensic analysis preferred. Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE). Knowledge related to e-Discovery best practices required. Solid understanding of electronic discovery reference model, forensics preservation, chain of custody procedures, and evidence-handling. Highly developed understanding of requirements and procedures involved in litigation support. Excellent verbal and written reporting skills, including experience with all Microsoft Office products in particular Excel spreadsheets and formulas. Must have interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to research, analyze, and compile data into presentation format. Experience with the use of technology to support litigation efforts with an emphasis on trial procedures, discovery, document production, and document management. Ability to work under tight deadlines, carry out multiple related activities simultaneously and prioritize appropriately. High attention to detail and able to follow up and follow through. Excellent organization and project management skills.
