Litigation - Foreclosure (Lender-side)

Litigation Attorney Duties: Researching and advising clients about a variety of legal issues. Preparation of pleadings and written discovery documents. Taking and defending depositions. Representing clients in evidentiary hearings and law and motion proceedings. Developing case strategies. Trying cases before judge/jury. Working on a daily basis with both public and private sector clients, providing them with guidance and representation regarding a wide range of litigation issues.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 5–10 years' of litigation experience (preferably for both public and private entities) in the areas of civil rights, tort claims and labor and employment. Experience with public construction or firefighters' and police officer's bill of rights is desirable, but not mandatory. Exceptional writing skills and a strong academic background. Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Ability to work effectively with people, exercise sound judgment, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to multi-task, problem solve and bring projects to completion.
