Special Assistant Attorney General Applicant will direct complex civil fraud investigations in the healthcare industry, utilizing the New York State False Claims Act, Social Services Law §145-b, and the Executive Law, and handle asset forfeiture actions and other matters involving civil remedies.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must possess 4+ years of practice experience, and reside in (or intend to soon become a resident of) New York State. Candidate should be experienced litigator. Should have substantial experience conducting pre-filing investigations and discovery, and outstanding legal research and writing abilities. Trial experience is a plus.
