Disability Attorney/Advocate The candidate’s primary duties include review of hearing briefs, pre-hearing meetings and hearing attendance. Juris Doctorate Degree or Direct Payment Eligible Advocate is required. Social security disability experience is needed. Contract attorneys in good standing or advocates eligible for direct pay, with 2+ years of experience, who are available to attend Social Security disability hearings at local ODAR offices on behalf of clients will be considered. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are needed. Should have excellent judgment and decision making skills. Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
