Case Design Consultant – Life/DI Duties: Partners with other members of the advanced sales center and sales management in the design and implementation of solutions that help our customers solidify their best client relationships, protect them from competitors, and help them generate revenue from within their existing practice. Supports execution of third party distribution’s customer segmentation strategy through phone skills, webex technology and other wholesaler enablement tools. Provides telephone based sales consulting to internal sales personnel and financial advisors and their internal resources within wirehouses, banks, and independent general agencies and life specialists on significant retirement, estate, or business cases involving MetLife life insurance or disability insurance. Assists senior level advisors and sales management personnel with economic modeling, case presentation preparation, and case design preparation for cases of low to moderate complexity. Assists in the design and delivery of marketing, training, and presentation material. Conducts training for internal associates on advanced markets subjects.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: J.D. Degree/LLM/CFP/ CPA/ CLU/ ChFC. NASD Series 6 and 63 & State Life/Health Insurance License. 3+ years related case design/financial planning experience. Preferred: Strong analytical ability; Strong interpersonal skills; Communicates effectively (written and verbal); Ability to develop strong relationships; Demonstrates customer focus.
