Litigation - Foreclosure (Lender-side)
Attorney Duties: Oversee and work closely with support staff in drafting and reviewing all documentation. Primary responsibilities included representing the interest of mortgage lenders and servicers in all stages in the state of Florida and Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions and trials. Argue motions and other hearings before the court. Review legal documents for court filing in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Candidates must be experienced in foreclosure/default services litigation. Member in Good Standing - Florida or Member in Good Standing Puerto Rico. Excellent Writing and Communication skills. Understanding and experience in a high volume practice. Ability to meet deadlines while managing a full case load. Highly computer literate - able to work in a paperless environment. Adhere to all Rules of Civil Procedure. Start Date: January 1, 2015
