Temporary E-Discovery Attorney Duties: Assist the firm’s Pittsburgh, PA-based Records & E-Discovery Team with discovery projects using various litigation software tools. Primary responsibilities typically include responsiveness, privilege and key issue reviews.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania. Prior large-scale document review experience strongly preferred. Ability to substantively review documents using various litigation support software tools. Timely and accurately record daily timekeeping. Must work cohesively with team members in a very collaborative environment. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Proficient in MS suite of software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high quality legal service to clients. must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Strong academic credentials, large law firm experience and prior electronic document review experience preferred. Foreign language proficiency a plus, but not a requirement. Experience with a variety of different litigation support tools (such as Concordance, Ringtail, Relativity, Recommind, Autonomy, Kroll or Nuix) preferred. Duration: 1 month
