Mid-level Labor and Employment Associate The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of trial preparation; taking and defending depositions; attending and arguing hearings in both state and federal court; and taking and defending deposition. The candidate must possess a J.D. degree from a top tier law school and have 2+ years of experience in representing management in labor and employment matters, including an AmLaw or sophisticated boutique labor and employment firm. Experience in involving class actions, FLSA, EEOC, state wage and hour laws, compliance, payroll audits, and classifications determinations is required.
