Law Clerk The candidate will be professional and highly responsible work conducting legal research activities for a Judge of a District Court of Appeal. Work involves considerable interpretation and judgment in the analysis of a variety of legal issues brought before the court. Should have complete Graduation from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar. Must have knowledge of legal principles, statutory and case law, court rules and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of legal publications and the ability to grasp, comprehend, and analyze exacting work, attentive to details are needed. Should have exceptional reading and writing skills. Should have legal research skills. Must have ability to cut through and discern legal issues in matters before the court. Ability to digest and communicate ideas and concepts orally and in writing are required.
