Litigation Contract Attorney The candidate will have substantial responsibility (i.e., handling entire cases, not just portions), but will have a lower work load than an associate. Will be required to bill 1,600 hours. May be possible for the Contract Attorney to work an alternative schedule. Work directly with litigation department shareholders. The case load will be heavy in construction and personal injury defense litigation. Should have significant, “in-the-trenches†insurance defense litigation experience, and must have the ability to work self-sufficiently to a significant degree. Must have 6+ years of litigation experience.
