FX Negotiator I The candidate will be responsible for the overall FX client integration including the preparation, negotiation, and tracking of various legal agreements covering foreign exchange transactions and international treasury management accounts for lines of business including corporate banking, global financial institutions, co-banks, business banking, and wealth management. Daily activities include to, the following: Develop and enhance client relationships, at multiple levels, by providing exceptional levels of client service. Expertly navigate the organization, across divisions, to deliver timely and accurate issue resolution to complex, business critical issues which may include communication with senior stakeholders within Ops and the BU. Organize and lead face-to-face meetings with key senior managers focusing on client experience. Partner with Daily Processing teams to identify key Ops issues, trends and efficiency opportunities that can be addressed with clients with the goal of enhancing STP. Track client feedback and action plans to address follow ups and concerns raised from client visits or surveys. Work with Metrics and IT teams to deliver integrated reporting and enhanced web portal capabilities (eg: Metrix, Client Scorecard). Keep abreast of current and upcoming product and functional specific industry initiative related topics. Be able to provide high quality value added insight to key clients. Play an active role in talent development focused on incoming and existing staff across operations. Familiarize oneself with location strategy related topics and ability to apply focus on key product and functional areas going through transition. Drafting and negotiating agreements with customers. Providing customers with walk-throughs of complex documentation. Reviewing completeness of legal documentation and requirements and approving customers to trade regulated products. Serving as subject-matter experts on projects related to regulatory changes and technology enhancements. Team members support focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of customers and company. A Juris Doctorate (JD); A BS/BA degree or higher is preferred. Experience: 2+ years of experience preparing legal documents; 2+ years of experience negotiating legal documents; 2+ years of experience tracking legal documents. Experience in client integration and management. 4+ years in the financial services industry is preferred. Proven experience with external institutional client communication and interaction is preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are preferred. Strong presentation skills are desired. Technical understanding of transaction lifecycle in FX (Additional asset classes is a plus) is desired. Â Deadline: 30-4-2017.
