Associate, General Counsel II (Worker's Compensation Attorney) The candidate will be responsible for worker's compensation matters in multiple jurisdictions across the U.S. business. Manage external counsel, litigation, communication and overall coordination with the business units. Supervise and independently manage legal issues on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries. Organize and communicate strategic objectives with respect to workers compensation law.
Qualification and Experience
A J.D. degree from an accredited law school is required. Member of the Missouri Bar or willing to seek admission. 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills are required. Some travel will be required.
