Attorney The candidate should be interested in developing and litigating complex cases. Some connection to disability is preferred. Should preferably be able to work closely with the lead litigation attorney. Must be able to work independently on matters such as court appearances, taking and defending depositions, developing and planning class action cases in conjunction with the lead attorney, drafting and revising briefs, negotiating settlements and overseeing implementation of settlement agreements or consent decrees. Should be an active member of the Arizona Bar, in good standing. Must have excellent proofing and editing skills as well as the ability to function independently and good follow through.
