Senior Associate The candidate will be responsible for: all aspects of litigation, administrative complaints with the Office of Civil Rights, tort and title IX cases against school districts, personal injury, family offense petitions, college and K-12 school grievance proceedings, Internet content removal, advocacy with social media and tech companies, advocacy with law enforcers, overseeing work of Junior Associate(s), pitching in as needed. Must have 5-8 years of litigation experience, a New York law license, being a feminist, a proven track record litigating cases from beginning to end, extensive trial experience, and precise and refined written skills. Should preferably have a background in civil rights and/or personal injury and working with traumatized individuals. New York law license is required. Admission in CA is a bonus.
