E-discovery Attorney The candidate will be establishing document review guidelines for responsiveness, redactions and privilege determinations, creating and implementing quality control procedures, training attorneys and providing feedback, preparing privilege logs, and advising attorneys on preservation protocols. Proficiency in Relativity a plus.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required. Active bar licenses in PA and NJ required. 2-4 years of eDiscovery-related experience to join the Litigation Department of our Philadelphia office. The candidate must have significant experience managing large teams of contract attorneys and paralegals for document reviews and productions. Should also have strong understanding of eDiscovery case law and best practices.
