Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree and 8+ years of experience in the high exposure Financial or Technical Claims area. OR. Bachelors Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the high exposure Financial or Technical Claims area. OR. High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 or more years of experience in the high exposure Financial or Technical Claims area. AND. Knowledge of the legal statutes and procedures. Member of the Bar. Knowledge of claims handling. Negotiation Experience. Customer service experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferred:Negotiation Experience. Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster license. Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance legal and regulatory environment. Analytical skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment. Organization and time management skills. Experience collaborating across work groups. AIC. SCLA. CPCU.
