ProfileGovernment Contracts Lawyers The candidate must have: a counsel/junior partner lawyer with 10-20 years of legal experience; experience in the following government contracts practice areas: Litigation, including bid protests, disputes, and claims; Procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; General counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including, but not limited to, government contract formation, compliance, M&A due diligence, data rights and subcontracting.
