ProfileLabor and Employment Attorney The candidate will work independently on a broad range of employment issues including discrimination lawsuits, wrongful discharge claims and related employment actions in state or federal court and before the EEOC. Experience representing employers in disputes involving non-competition agreements, the misappropriation of trade secrets would be ideal. Labor experience and the handling of both union and non-union related issues would be a plus. Should be a member of the Ohio Bar or eligible to waive in, and have a strong academic record.
