Profile

Contracts Administrator 2-Fin The candidate will have global responsibility for: Becoming an expert on the entire company Marketing Cloud bid management process and systems. This includes becoming an expert in creation all bid package deliverables (BPW, eSaaS Pricing Tool, RAW, SOW/Exhibits, etc) and systems (iPD, Q, DAS, etc); Providing guidance on how to structure contract documentation (Fixed Price vs Time and Material vs Other) to meet contracting standards and policies.; Becoming knowledgeable on pricing and packaging options for OMC consulting services; Creating bid package deliverables (BPW, eSaaS Pricing Tool, RAW, SOW/Exhibits, etc) and use bid management systems (iPD, Q, DAS, etc); Creating customer contracts based on input from OMC Consulting Sales; Submitting contract and funding deliverable for deal booking; Assisting in development and management of a reusable contracting and tool and knowledge reference library; Processes and invoices customer orders in accordance with agreed contracts. Monitors contract and business terms to mitigate company’s risk. As a member of Contract Management will assist customers, both internal and external, with license contract interpretation, negotiations and administration of licensing agreements including extensions, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations. Draft and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts. Act as a liaison between consultants, Credit, License, Tax, Business Practices, Revenue accounting, and customers to resolve contractual and consulting business issues. Validate all aspects of contract packages for accuracy and compliance with company’s Business Practices and Consulting Business Approvals/Process while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Submit contract order packages to Revenue accounting for order processing and project funding. Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. Prepare contract status reports. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have BA/BS degree, Paralegal Certification or equivalent years of experience. 2 year experience in contracts, purchasing, or equivalent is needed. Must have experience drafting standard contractual documents. Must be proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel. Knowledge of company policies and procedures desired. Should have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills.
