Litigation - Foreclosure (Lender-side)

Litigation Technology Specialist Duties: Under the direction of a senior staff attorney and in conjunction with other Firm staff attorneys and associates, will assist legal teams on technical aspects of litigation support and e-discovery. Provide user support on litigation support software and hardware. Recommending, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting databases and imagebases, in coordination with the designated senior staff attorney. Assist in supporting computer networks, overseeing and monitoring vendor projects for quality control, providing training on automated litigation support service, working with litigation teams to create and maintain automate document tracking systems, testing and ensuring quality in all product deliverables, and, in conjunction with the designated senior staff attorney, coordinating with the Information Technology department to optimize functioning of hardware and network resources within the office technology infrastructure. Demonstrate substantial working litigation technology expertise, strong client service focus, resourcefulness, and effective problem-solving under pressure in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in litigation technology industry or litigation in a law firm work working on particularly complex multi-party litigation; Paralegal/legal assistant background a plus; ability to manage computer networks and network storage; oral and written communication skills for presentation and reporting functions; organizational skills, record of acting with tact and diplomacy, and exceptional customer service orientation; Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; knowledge in application and management of litigation technology platforms and databases and computer network technology; and flexibility to work long hours as Firm needs require.
