Profile

Senior Manager, Leasing Responsibilities: Work on the team. Manage a diverse group of current and prospective tenants. Draft, analyze, process and amend Lease Agreements for review and finalization by NBCU Real Estate Lawyer. Supports Lawyer with document preparation and execution by formatting, finalizing, reviewing and editing. Responsible for distribution of all tenant Letters of Intent, and Leases in working directly with SVP and GM, and with the prospective tenant management. Review leases for events of default and prepare correspondence apprising tenants of a default. Draft, execute, notarize and distribute all Notices of Non-Responsibility for tenant improvements and/or new construction. Maintains current summaries of all Leases and work closely with Finance and Legal for correct invoicing. Maintain tracking system of all CityWalk Lease Agreements, options exercises and negotiation dates. Interprets Agreements and Lease terms (Commencement/Term/Rent/Use/Misc) for use by Finance & Operations. Liaison with USH Legal to ensure all required business licenses, liquor licenses, Public Health Eating Licenses, etc. are procured for each necessary business unit. Effectively manage and support relationships with tenants and liaision with the team to respond to queries on Lease terms.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certificate required. 8 years of Leasing experience including drafting, negotiating and monitoring contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Large Center Real Estate Leasing experience. In-depth knowledge of deal structures and lease terminology. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills which will enable him/her to interact with a range of personalities and styles and be able to establish effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
