Legal Assistant – Building And Construction The candidate will work in Sydney Building and Construction Team. Will be supporting two partners and 4 lawyers. Responsibilities will include the following: File management; Liaising with clients; Preparation and lodging documents; Diary management; Dictaphone typing and formatting; Billing; Preparing Marketing documentation and presentations. As the Legal Assistant will display a willingness to learn and have 2 – 5 years' experience, ideally within a construction or litigation practice group. Should have a professional approach and excellent communication skills, with a client service focus. Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, whilst also having good Dictaphone typing experience.
