Contract Administrator Duties: Support contract procurement and management, including management and administration of relevant systems, processes, databases, and contract files Work cross functionally with Contract Manager, Vendor Management, Finance and Legal to design, implement a contract management and procurement system. Act as the single point of contact in order to administer the contract management system post implementation. Administers and ensures proper contract approvals and signatures pursuant to corporate policies (Contract Approval Sheet (“CASâ€)). Assists with contract development, administration, tracking and analysis. Conducts contract research and prepares reports at management’s request, including monthly and/or quarterly reporting to VP Finance, General Counsel, Senior Leadership Team (“SLTâ€), and Internal Audit Coordinates with Vendor Management team on recommendations for new and updated contracting strategies, practices and procedures Supports Contract Manager, VP Finance and General Counsel Law on contract requests, contract process compliance, contract status, research/data gathering Maintains contract forms and templates Develops and maintains database for accurate contract records and files Scans, copies, transmit and manage hard copy files into electronic files, according to naming conventions and document retention policies, and organize "s" drive contracts. Create and maintains online MSA and coordinates with sales team for changes and amendments Prepares NDA’s, and contractor agreements.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate or in training for same desired. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years' working in an in-house Procurement or Legal Department that utilizes Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently, interdepartmentally with limited supervision. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Paralegal certificate or in training for same desired.
