Paralegal- Training and Support for Legal Software Duties: Provide training and support to our US clients. Knowledge and experience with Intellectual Property law and trademark practice is desired. Online (WebEx) and In-Person training for new, intermediate and expert users of the TM Cloud system.Customer Support and problem solving. Setting up trial accounts to assist with sales. Trademark Data audits. Prepare and maintain User Guides and Training Materials. Contribute to the maintenance of the internal system. Maintain the Trademark Country Law files. Provide feedback from training sessions, regarding proposed new features and client wish lists. Maintain the training blog on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution preferred. 2-5 years experience in relevant/similar career. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other professional software.
