Contract Administrator The candidate will be tagging non-standard contracts clauses into the contact management tool, managing the approval process related to contracts, assisting to manage contract templates, generate/run/analyze reports, support users in various groups who use the contract management tool, prepare information to be used for kpi reporting by the Senior Manager of the group, create/monitor dashboards, preliminary preparation of contract summaries, and potentially redlining of contracts, and certain contract type negotiation ownership. Will interact with various departments using the Contracting Tool to ensure consistent terms and conditions are utilized and/or to ensure proper approval and tracking of non-standard terms and conditions. Report to the Senior Manager Contract Administrator. Maintenance of standard templates. Managing approvals through the system. Management of the database. Maintaining parent/child contract relationship in the system. Managing expiration and renewal notifications. Assisting in gathering contract signatures. Analyzing and reporting upcoming contract renewals. Generate on-demand report for business stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Paralegal Degree. A Master’s Certificate of Contract Administration preferred. Should have 3+ years of direct experience with a contract management system– either buy-side or sell-side. Experience with Microsoft Office required. Apttus experience preferred. Technical Industry experience preferred. Experience with SAP preferred. Understanding of complex contract and legal terms essential.
