Renewable Generation Asset Analyst Duties: Will be responsible for supporting the reporting and compliance activities associated with joint venture agreements, PPA agreements and project financed loan requirements of assigned renewable assets. Work closely with, and reports directly to the Renewable Generation Asset Manager for the assigned asset. Support Asset Manager to ensure compliance with commercial and government sponsored project finance loan documentation. Lead the reporting of routine periodic and ad hoc notices required by loan documents, joint venture agreements and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Support Asset Manager in the preparation of financial and operating plans. Assist in the organization of internal reporting of operational and financial results for assigned asset. Assist Asset Manager in the maintenance of asset related. information in the tickler and records management system. Act as point of contact for compliance activities when the manager is out of the office.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other related focus. 2+ years of related experience. Working in a paralegal, finance, or compliance support related field will be considered. Specific knowledge of document management systems is also desirable. Ability to interact with and coordinate information between and among both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage and organize a significant amount of data and information. Should be comfortable with understanding complex legal documents. Knowledge of loan documentation desirable. Basic knowledge of financial statements; knowledge of financial analysis and cash flow projections desirable. Ability to complete time sensitive assignments accurately. Basic understanding of activities associated with asset monitoring including compliance with loan documentation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal relationships to achieve business unit objectives. Good communication and presentation skills. Basic ability with Microsoft Office; advanced skills with Microsoft Excel desired.
