Specialty Loan Administrator II Responsibilities: Will work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision. Will be cross-trained on various processes and work with internal business partners to implement smooth process flows and resolve issues. The primary responsibility is to review requirements, ensuring that the process is timely, and that all policy issues are resolved and properly documented. Will be responsible for logging, tracking, managing and reviewing loans from the time the loan passes from the documentation team to the time it is sent to booking and funding for completion. Review entity documents to ensure that the commitment is satisfactory and does not contain any exceptions that are unacceptable to the Bank. Take complete responsibility reviewing all requirements. Review organizational documents, Secretary of State and/or any outstanding items required. Working with the documenters and sales teams to ensure the loans are documented correctly and collateral is perfected. Responsible for ensuring that the documents comply with all borrowing entity. requirements and credit terms of the approval. Citing any exceptions for documents that will be received at or past closing. Ensure that loans and modifications are in compliance with the Bank's loan policy and in compliance with any other requirements designated by the credit approval authority.
Qualification and Experience
Basic Qualification Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification or military experience. 3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry. Knowledge of Mortgage Loan documents. Should be an experienced, qualified individual who possesses a thorough understanding of the basic principles governing loan documentation and review. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualification: A Bachelor's degree. 4 years of experience as a real estate/banking paralegal for a law firm or title company. 2+ years of banking experience with responsibility for commercial or small business loan documentation specific to real estate.
