Right of Way Coordinator The candidate will responsible for the overall administrative support the Right-of-Way Department. Responsibilities include handling the normal administrative functions including records research, data entry, record retention, filing, scheduling, project management support, etc. Provides administrative support for the following functions: Data management for Company’s land assets; Documents the company’s ownership to include titles, contracts, agreements and assignments; Maintenance of all land files. Includes scanning documents into SharePoint; Mapping of the company’s assets; Documents all contact with landowners (mail, telephone, e-mail, personal visits); Assimilates contact information and project activities, enters details into project database; Secures permission from landowner for various types of surveys and studies on and across public or private lands; and other administrative support as needed and determined by the Right-Of-Way Manager.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of administrative experience in right-of-way. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Sharepoint. Paralegal experience would be a plus. Must be able to multi-task and perform duties in timely manner as required or assigned. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; attentive to details; comfortable/accurate with numerical input.
