Senior Records Analyst Duties: Creating and updating hard copy records and electronic records, bar coding of all files, packing and processing closed files for transfer to off-site facility, processing requests and handling special assignments. Disposition of hard copy and electronic records, preparing records for release to clients and other counsel, assisting with e-mail classification and assisting with maintenance of Sharepoint extranets. Work in the Records Annex located in the basement.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 5+ years of law firm experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of Records Department’s functions. Knowledge of records management procedures and software applications is essential. Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of LegalKEY, Excel, Sharepoint or other RIM applications. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with co-workers, management, legal and administrative staff.
