Corporate Paralegal The candidate within Legal department will provide paraprofessional legal support to and administration of routine legal service matters. Will work proactively and independently, within a supervised context, in a fast-paced environment. Will be comfortable working within a structured framework that anticipates and accommodates a volume of varied legal services requests in a fast-paced organization, and will have the ability to adjust to changing priorities. Identify legal and regulatory risk issues, prepare and review documents and reports including contracts, communications, policies, and position statements, as assigned. Assists with legal research and develops educational materials, guidance memoranda, and FAQs for client stakeholders. Work with a variety of teams within the organization and will actively support building relationships with clinical operations and support services alike.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field or paralegal degree along with 3 years experience in similar role. Should be demonstrated accountability and ability to work on multiple complex projects. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence contract administration. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deal with high level management and operational personnel in a highly-professional manner. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products are needed. Must be skill in reading and comprehending contract documents. Knowledge of contracting processes and methods are required. Should have ability to move matters to closure. Must have ability to prioritize conflicting work demands and successfully manage multiple reporting relationships.
