Attorney Recruiting Coordinator The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recruiting and hiring of Associates, Summer Associates, Department Attorneys, Patent Agents, and Patent Engineers/Scientists. Coordinate Lateral Associate Hiring. Coordinate recruitment process from initial interview through hire. Work with Office Administrators and HR Assistants to schedule interviews, make travel arrangements and ensure interviews run smoothly. Gather and distribute attorney feedback from interviews. Prepare and send offers of hire. Coordinate Summer Associate Hiring. Schedule on-campus interviews (OCI) and coordinate Interview Teams. Gather candidate feedback to present to Hiring Committee. Coordinate callback interviews and offers of hire. Coordinate Hiring Committee meetings. Coordinate Summer Associate Program. Coordinate the Summer Program Committee for West Coast offices. Schedule and prepare materials for evaluation sessions. Oversee work assignment and evaluation system. Coordinate end of summer program Hiring Committee meeting. Coordinate Firm-Wide Summer Associate Training Program. Coordinate Callback Weekends. Coordinate 1L Events in key markets. Should have Bachelors degree. Must have 2 years of law firm or professional recruiting or marketing experience. Should have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
