Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities: Will handle the corporate governance and contracts management functions. Subsidiary formation and documentation and governmental compliance filings. Assist with records and document management systems. Support the contractual compliance process, including making entries in the deadline tracking system. Coordinate execution of various agreements and contracts. Preparation of redlined and redacted documents. Transaction and contract support, as needed. Provide overall legal administrative support as needed.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: A Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification. 3+ years related experience with a law firm and/or in-house. Familiarity with corporate governance. Experience working with contracts and maintaining document management systems. Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat. Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal and diplomatic skills. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Excellent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
