Paralegal - Real Estate The candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of support to attorneys and to clients in our real estate practice. Monitor and manage all aspects of complex real estate transaction files. Conduct title and survey reviews, prepare title review summaries, coordinate with title and escrow companies regarding closing and title policy issues. Manage due diligence activities to include creating and monitoring close and due diligence checklists. Conduct UCC and other searches. Assist in the preparation of RE documents, exhibits and schedules. Manage and coordinate closings. Prepare closing books and addressing post closing matters.

Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree or clear demonstration of equivalent knowledge and skill will be required. Provide transcript proof of paralegal qualifications. Should have 6+ years CA real estate experience with a large law firm. Construction lending experience a plus. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computerized business applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as legal research and document retention databases needed. Excellent academic credentials, with strong analytic and writing skills are required.
