Administrative Assistant Duties: Under the direct supervision of a designated Senior Manager, will provide administrative and secretarial support for the Law Department. Maintains record of all expenses incurred by assigned professional staff members. Edits, and assists in preparation of all correspondence. Coordinates travel arrangements. Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary. Sorts and distributes mail. Screens all incoming calls. Maintains filing system. Assists in the collection and organization of data and documents associated with legal matters. Compose, edit and assists in preparation of correspondence. Organize and prioritize files and calendar. Conduct a variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High School/GED. Some paralegal training or experience in a related field. General secretarial experience. Background should include word processing, some office administration experience, and preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts.
