Legal Administrative Assistant Duties: Will support several attorneys and a paralegal in generating correspondence, and legal documents to include pleadings, memoranda, briefs, electronic filings, contracts, leases, and agreements. Transcribe documents and correspondences. Maintain a calendar and docketing system. Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. Assist in trial preparation and maintain files and the mail.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Secretarial Services. 3+ years of experience. Must have excellent problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good proofreading skills. Excellent Word, Excel and excellent typing skills.
