Manager Lease Administration The candidate will reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate Administration. Draft and prepare Landlord requests. Review amendments prepared by the Lease Compliance administrators and temporary Real Estate Administration Paralegal as well as drafting and preparing any amendments that address construction related issues or require significant negotiation. Process and negotiate all requests for SNDAs. Handle all matters and issues arising out of delivery of stores. Coordinate with the Real Estate Directors and Lease Compliance Administrators to track all upcoming renewals, terminations rights and any related rights for existing stores. Prepare all asset proposals for existing stores for Real Estate Committee approval. Oversee the Development Coordinator in the management all issues related to REC Package preparation and excess space within existing stores and closed stores with term remaining. Supervise the Legal Coordinator and Contract Real Estate Administration Paralegal.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate; 5+ years of experience in Lease negotiations experience and legal writing; Supervisory experience and leading and motivating a team.
