Paralegal—Employment Duties: Performing overall paralegal and practice support tasks. Provide support to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, mediation and arbitration, including assistance with electronic preparation and presentation of trial exhibits and PowerPoint presentations. Administer, create and manage document databases. Support document review teams. Provide support for extensive electronic discovery. Obtain and organize case materials on a daily basis. Prepare, organize, and maintain deposition materials and summaries. Travel nationwide as needed as part of trial team. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate a plus. 7+ years of paralegal experience. Software knowledge must include MS Office suite, FileSite or other document management systems, and DTE or other time entry systems. Experience with Summation, Outlook .pst files, Sanction, WestLaw, LexisNexis, internet searching and online court database systems. Strong organizational and communication skills.
