Litigation Management Auditor I The candidate will, with moderate direction, audit low to moderately complex and/or dollar value legal invoices to determine compliance with guidelines and the reasonableness and appropriateness of the charges. Will investigates issues, communicates findings and makes recommendations to resolve issues. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Paralegal certification, Associate's degree or J.D. degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years of related business experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of related experience as a claim professional, paralegal or attorney. Basic knowledge of the insurance industry and claims is required. Thorough knowledge of legal/administrative law processes is needed.
