Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will be supporting a partner of the firm. Duties include: Answering telephones; time entry; travel arrangements and expense reimbursements; calendaring, filing, maintaining client lists and contacts and other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of litigation secretary experience in a law firm setting, including experience with court filings with Federal, State and Appellate Courts. Construction experience is a plus. Should have strong organizational skills; attention to detail; strong client service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and set priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Word and Outlook and e-filing is a must.
