Seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to organize and maintain files including litigation files, client correspondence, and maintain spreadsheet of open matters. Process intake of new clients, create client files, search and print reports. Coordinate meetings including setting up a videoconference/calls, requesting meeting room service, equipment, catering. Manage phones including: incoming calls, messaging, transfers and conference calls. Schedule travel; process expense reports, check requests and business development activity. Associates Degree is preferred. Paralegal Certificate is a plus. 1+ years' prior experience working as a legal secretary is needed. Strong knowledge of steps involved in litigation from filing of complaint through trail or resolution of matter is required. Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM is needed. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, time entry and document management systems is needed.
