Legal Secretary / Document Processor The candidate will format, produce and revises complicated documents and statistical data using Firm standard software. Interprets instructions and proofreader’s marks to produce quality documents. Provides assistance with scanning and facsimile requests, troubleshooting when necessary. Coordinates travel arrangements, scheduling of conference rooms, and catering for meetings. Submits attorney time entries into firm standard software.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have prior litigation and/or transactional legal experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, electronic mail and document management software. Sound communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment are essential.
