CXO Transition Lab Manager The candidate will support operations, logistics, reporting and process improvement activities associated with the Transition Lab initiative within Client Experience, as well as also develop and deliver CXO Transition Lab sessions. Will be involved in all aspects of the operations, logistics, reporting and delivery of CXO Transition Lab sessions. Meet with various stakeholders to discuss the suitability of a Lab session for a particular client. Help coordinate the various resources needed to deliver Labs. May personally participate in the Lab serving as a Lab Manager. Be involved in all aspects of reporting, communications, and quality assurance of Lab-related materials. Help manage and analyze the finances of the Lab initiative. Also provide the Operations Manager with the opportunity to identify process improvements or efficiencies. Drive and manage the preparation process which will include coordinating with internal teams and key executives at each CXO's company, and preparing interim deliverables required to deliver the lab. Take detailed notes and pictures during the Lab and use them to create a detailed client deliverable report for each session. Report to the Client Experience Transition Lab Lead and work with a broad range of partners and professionals across the organization. Provide LCSPs who are considering a Lab for their client with an overview of the process, investments, and benefits. Prepare all levels of reporting support (operational planning through to executive-level presentations). Provide quality assurance reviews of lab-related deliverables (proofing and editing the work of others (including adherence to brand and Independence language guidelines). Maintain Lab knowledge-sharing sites (SharePoint, DeloitteNet and Salesforce). Provide oversight to USI resources as needed. Monitor and manage finance recovery of Lab fees and expenses. Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of analytics gathered during the Lab sessions. Participate in Lab process improvement efforts. Conduct post-Lab follow-up interviews with facilitators or LCSPs to gain feedback. Lead the development of Lab communications - including writing success stories, promoting the CXO Transition Lab initiative and coordinating with other Client Experience team members. Manage multiple projects and work with multiple project teams concurrently, while communicating with professionals at various levels in a predominantly virtual environment. Coordinate with Lab facilitators and other resources as needed to support the Lab schedule. Work collaboratively as a team, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables/messaging around the CXO Transition Lab initiative. Participate in the preparation for and delivery of CXO Transition Lab sessions by conducting secondary research used to develop internal preparation deliverables, scheduling and leading internal preparation calls, scheduling and summarizing key client stakeholder interviews with CXO-level executives, customizing materials for each Lab session, capturing detailed notes during Lab sessions and then synthesizing and organizing the information to prepare a comprehensive client deliverable after each session, helping to physically set up/tear down the lab space (customizing the lab space and then ensuring all confidential documents are removed).
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or paralegal background. Must have 3-5 years of experience in a client service or client facing role. Should have in-depth knowledge of English, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Understanding of corporate finance terminology is required. Well-developed time, resource, project management skills and executive presence needed. Should have proficiency in MS Office Suite of applications. Excellent PowerPoint skills or SharePoint experiences are a big plus. Should have willingness to travel for Lab sessions or meetings.
