Legal Secretary The candidate key responsibilities of this fast paced role include: Day to day diary management of allocated operatives; Filing of electronic and physical documents ensuring all files are kept up to date; Transcription of digital files and amendment of documents as required; Monthly invoice preparation and the generating of reports; General assistance with client queries and administrative support to the legal team. Should have 1+ years relevant work experience in a legal secretarial role. Must be an excellent communicator, with a strong attention to detail and possess the ability to take initiative where necessary. Should also have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and a typing speed of at least 70wpm.
