Litigation - Foreclosure (Lender-side)
Family Law Paralegal The candidate must be ready to get to work on a large and rapidly growing case load of diverse family law and general civil litigation matters with little training. Will be required to work with two partners and one associate attorney. In addition to litigation support and substantive paralegal work, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating hearings, managing attorney calendars, screening prospective clients, and answering the telephone. Should have some experience as a full-time paralegal handling family law matters in Florida. Experience in general civil litigation is also plus. Must be a Florida Registered Paralegal pursuant to Rule 20-3.1 and will have worked as a trial-paralegal handling a heavy case load for a full-time family law attorney, or multiple attorneys, in Florida.
