Paralegal 4 The candidate will: Support global ethics and compliance program, including training, communications, policy development and internal investigations. Supporting compliance program administration Planning and drafting compliance-related communications. Supporting development, communication and tracking of compliance policies, assurance processes, and training, including updating of new hire training materials. Assisting with compliance investigations, compiling and organizing evidence, and maintaining database for investigations. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external business partners to maintain and develop compliance controls. Supporting third part code of conduct development and inquiries as required. Assisting with third party due diligence, screening and monitoring. Providing high quality customer service to internal clients when responding to compliance-related questions or issues. Performing legal and factual research, benchmarking and due diligence. Acting as records coordinator and legal hold coordinator for legal department. Assisting in development and maintenance of intranet and SharePoint sites. Performing other administrative responsibilities as requested or required.
